Carlito, Caladea, Selawik and Gelasio, mapped by fontconfig onto Calibri,
Cambria, Segoe UI and Georgia respectively. Metric-compatible means identical
character widths, so a .docx or .xlsx laid out in Calibri keeps the same line
breaks and the same pagination: the document is redrawn, not reflowed.
Selawik is Microsoft's own open-source release, published under the SIL Open
Font License precisely to serve as a redistributable stand-in for Segoe UI.
The Microsoft originals are not redistributable and are not shipped here.
Users who own a licence for them can install ttf-mscorefonts-installer, which
downloads them at install time; those aliases then take precedence naturally.
Companion to fonts-croscore-config-cyclop-os, which covers the older set:
Arial, Times New Roman and Courier New.
