cyclop-thunderbird-defaults

Gives the Thunderbird Flatpak (org.mozilla.thunderbird) the FluentBird look and the Cyclop OS set of extensions (NC Connector, TbSync, Send Later, Lightning Calendar Tabs, Open Google Calendar), for every user. The Flatpak cannot read /etc, so a user service run at each login writes into the Thunderbird profile what is missing: it creates the profile when there is none, adds a managed block to user.js (theme switch, extension scopes, telemetry, data reporting and other call-home turned off), the theme to chrome/ and the extensions to extensions/. It never touches a profile Thunderbird is using, never overwrites a file the user changed, and does not put back what the user removed. A preference the user sets himself in user.js wins.
