cyclop-guardian

Device-side enforcement of Cyclop OS paid-edition licensing. A privileged systemd timer periodically re-validates the machine's entitlement against the Cyclop servers. When a paid licence lapses it warns the user during a one-month grace period, then downgrades the machine to the free Community edition: the paid packages are purged and the gated repository + device token removed. This is core enforcement infrastructure: it is APT-held, depended upon by the base system, and must not be removed on a licensed machine.
