Ships /etc/firefox/policies/policies.json with privacy defaults: telemetry off, studies off, Pocket disabled, DNS over HTTPS via Cloudflare, tracking protection strict, DuckDuckGo as default search. Applies to the apt/ESR Firefox; snap Firefox is not affected and must be handled separately.
