cyclop-camera-quirks

A small user service that watches the webcams listed in its quirks table and puts a few controls back after any program opens them. Browsers based on Chromium reset camera controls to their defaults each time they open a camera, which brings broken automatic modes back. First entry: OBSBOT Tiny cameras (USB vendor 3564), whose automatic white balance turns the picture cyan-green. The service holds a fixed 4500 K. Webcams that are not in the table keep their automatic behaviour. The service sleeps without any wakeup while no listed camera is opened.
